"San Fang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in Kaohsiung in 1973. San Fang is the 1st company to manufacturing wet PU synthetic leather after long-term market changes, R&D investment and product evolution. The major products are artificial leather, technological films, fibers, functional yarns and special non-woven fabrics, etc.
Sanfang has been established for nearly 50 years. The factory was built at the beginning of 1974, the
commissioning phases was carried out in April 1975, and the production was officially launched in June of
the same year. In 1984, new PVC calander machine and non-woven machines were added, after that,
microfiber fabrics and artificial leather equipment were set in 1991. In 2013, a film production line was
added to produce high-tech film products; in 2016, a spinning production line was added to produce
PET/TPU/TPEE and other functional environmentally friendly filament products; in 2018, a melt-blown
production line was added to produce melt-blown TPU/PP/TPEE related products which used on multi-purpose
applications such as air filtration material and artificial leather.
SanFang develops key raw materials and application technologies, establishes a diversified market, and
actively produce environmentally friendly products and a circular economy, recycling, and bio-materials of
functional leather, film, yarn, fiber, non-woven fabric and other related manufacturing and applications.
SanFang take energy-saving and carbon-reduction as the purpose of environmental protection, and fulfill our
corporate responsibility for environmental protection issues.
SanFang actively cooperates with domestic research institutions, government agencies and universities to develop innovative and high-functional products. It has close cooperation with world famous brands of sports
and casual footwear in shoes, apparel, and sports goods products. We also joined the electric vehicle interior
development platform recently, became a member of the electric vehicle supply chain and invested in the field of solar energy materials. We developed environmentally-friendly and high-efficiency photovoltaic packaging modules, and has a diversified development in the related areas. SanFang expands the production bases from
Taiwan to the China, Vietnam to Indonesia, and extends our service team and agents to Europe, America and all around the world.
